Terms Policies and Facility Fees

 

RESERVING AN EVENT DATE AND INTIAL DEPOSIT
  • Club Jalapeño’s policy requires a $200.00 non refundable deposit to secure the date and time of your event.
  • Any booking without credit card information is considered tentative.
  • Club Jalapeño requires a 50% deposit of all estimated costs two weeks prior to the function. 
FOOD SERVICE
  • Confirmation of the menu selection and number of guests is required 14 days prior to the date of the event.
  • We will consider this number the guarantee, which is not subject to a reduction.
  • Club Jalapeño will be able to provide additional service up to 10% of the guarantee.
  • Food service time is firm to ensure food quality.
PAYMENT POLICY
  • Final payment of the contract amount is due at the end of your event.
  • All charges, including the 20% service charge and Facility Fees, if any, are subject to state & local sales tax.
  • We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express, or cash.
FACILITY FEES

Rates vary seasonally, along with holidays and special events.
Menu selection, tax and service charges are not included.

TIME:  5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
RATE:  Monday thru Thursday (Midweek) $1000.00
RATE:  Friday thru Sunday (Weekend) $1250.00 

DATE:  May thru August
TIME:  5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
RATE:  Monday thru Thursday (Midweek) $1250.00
RATE:  Friday thru Sunday (Weekend) $1500.00   

DATE:  September thru December
TIME:  5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
RATE:  Monday thru Thursday (Midweek) $1000.00
RATE:  Friday thru Sunday (Weekend) $1250.00
